All gemstones acquired through Flawless are intentionally not stored internally. Instead, they are held with a specialized, independent high-security provider in Prague.
Storage is carried out via 24SAFE in cooperation with Gunnebo, a globally recognized security company founded in 1764 and developer of the world’s largest automated safe deposit box system.
The facility operates certified strongroom systems of the type GUNNEBO X CD. These installations comply with European standard ČSN EN 1143-1:2020 and are classified in Security Class X CD.
This classification represents one of the highest mechanical resistance grades for vault and strongroom systems in Europe.

Insurance Coverage through Lloyd’s of London
In addition to physical high-security storage, a comprehensive insurance structure is in place via Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. (Lloyd’s of London).

- Insurance Limit: 1,000,000,000 CZK
Furthermore, Lloyd’s confirms an annual indemnity limit of up to 2,000,000,000 CZK for both vaults combined.

- Water damage and snow load impact
- Overvoltage and additional insured risks as defined in the policy
Lloyd’s Insurance Company S.A. is regulated by the National Bank of Belgium and forms part of the Lloyd’s of London structure.
